• Free shipping on orders over $799 MXN • Mexico City (CDMX): 1 to 3 business days • Major cities (MTY, GDL, PUE, QRO): 2 to 5 business days • Rest of Mexican territory: 3 to 7 business days • Assigned carrier: Estafeta / FedEx / J&T Express, depending on the delivery area • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped

• We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 48 hours of receiving the package • Items must retain their complete original packaging • To request a return: send an email to nailmoodbeauty@gmail.com with your order number • Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of press-on nail sets that have been opened
